Being normal is never enough…

Archive for November, 2009

I’ve been planning on having something about me on the web a few years back, but at that time I’ve got no idea on what to do with it.

Then, thanks to my friend Ee Kim, who’s the first to introduce me the blogging concept (if not mistaken that was about end of 2003). Since then, I’ve been getting more interested in learning all this web building thingy, signing up and try a few different blogging services, learn by example from top bloggers and internet marketeers, etc…

Today, here I am. It is not so much different from my previous blog coz’ I’ve transferred everything here. You might be wondering why I suddenly use a paid service instead of free hosting… Well, no special reason for it, since all I want is just to learn how web works.

Starting from now, this site will serve as my sharing platform. I’ll try to update it as often as possible (since now it’s not free, but something that burns my wallet…), and most importantly, I hope it can get me connected to all my friends, long lost friends out there.

Til then…

Not to me of course, but to this blog!=)

It’s been one year, and I never thought it would last til now =P. I mean previously I’ve got two blogs, none which have lasted this long… Well, mainly because of my “hot for 3 minutes” attitude…

Thinking back, my first post was Hello World !!!, which was the name of the first example I learned in my C/C++ Programming Language course. I remember that day I was staying in the lab doing my Robocon things, and suddenly it struck me that I have no records on wonderful things happening around me and things I did despite spending so much effort and time on them.

Then the idea of having this blog came in… the rest are history.

For those of you who have followed this blog so far, I sincerely thank you for your support all this while.

I’m currently working on migrating this blog to my own hosting and domain name (It doesn’t look very nice having another word following my name, and I can’t do much with this current free blog hosting…). Hopefully it’ll be ready by next month.

Til then…

Lost…

Nov 15

Once again, I felt my body’s floating… my mind’s drifting… that I’m drowning deeper into my own darkness… a world with only me… alone…

Things changed, and never stop changing… yet, something never changed…

Never had I imagine I would return to this state again… just like who I once was…

The Team 2009 has departed to China last night, in conjunction with UTM Global Outreach Program. This program aims to expose the members to the culture and development in China’s universities and to further enhance the knowledge and skills of students.

Unfortunately, I’m still here, in the uni…

Most of them have tried to convince me to join because after two years as a team member, I’ve never go traveling with them, as a team. Deep inside, I really wanted to go. It’ll probably be chance of a life time for me to get to visit foreign universities and have a first hand interaction with them. But somehow, other factors that stopped me from going prevail. Just like usual me, letting chances pass me by…

All the best to the team for the China trip, may you guys have a safe and wonderful journey.
